Pork-Tips/Carnitas with Onion, and Bell Pepper & tomato all while grilled together. Sat on top of Three rolled Enchiladas filled with Oozing melined Cheese & Beans. Yet still topped with original made cheese dip and A Red Enchilada Mild sauce. Accompanied by Rice & Guacamole Salad.
